I just got back into the gym myself. I'm at 265 now, my goal is 315 (lofty, I know) by this time next year.
I'm 6'4, 240lbs now.... Would never touch any of that crap, (roids.)
Had a buddy do something "similar" and he gained crazy strength, like 25 lbs on his bench in two weeks. Then... his dick stopped working. Got off that crap quick like!
