i have only started posting for a few months now-im alot older than most you guys-so i have been there and seen that many times.

the key to my success over the years has been to lay-off a day or 2 or even 3 after a bad day.gambling will always be there. im coming off a bad day 3 days ago and sure enough will be in the plus no matter what
