Round 12

Hopkins won the last round barely but it doesn't matter.

Hopkins 10-9

Taylor the fight.

Round 12
This is it. Taylor is ahead on the cards. Both fighters clench, and Hopkins appears to land a low blow to Taylor's groin. Taylor fires a left-right, but Hopkins manages to keep his distance. That does not stop Taylor from pressing the attack. Hopkins lands a right, and another. Hopkins goes for it, taking the fight to Taylor in the final minute. Both fighters trade punches. Hopkins' left misses, but Taylor's flurry connects. The round ends, each fighter claiming victory.

They gave it to Taylor because of one combination at the end. Still think Hopkins did more in the round.

What was their final point tally?

ESPN 116-112 and Rafael 115-113 , ESPN gav Hopkins the first round was the difference

Max Kellerman just said it best. These fights aren't about who's better, just who's marketable.

These older boxers just want a payday. They don't give a crap about winning at all anymore. Keep betting the kids!!!

I want my money back too! This fight was extremely boring. I wasn't expecting Castillo vs Corrales but damn! I didn't pay $50+ to see 10 sec. spurts and posturing for half the fight!
