Ray Finkel the RX chef. Looks great. About to make my own pasta sauce in about ten minutes. Gonna pull some garlic outta the ground that I planted last November. Grab five or six basil leaves from one of the basil plants. And open a can of whole San Marzano tomatoes. In less than an hour that sauce will go over fresh ravioli from my friends at Bella Ravioli. Can't wait.
Of course if you can get that lasagna here I could wait on the sauce making 'till tomorrow night!

THat Yankee game last night which the Yankees blew in the ninth to the Reds pissed me off. How do the mighty Yanees lead 3-0 going into the ninth and lose 4-3 to the lowly Redlegs? But I'm really pissed that I bet it the way I did. Losing $434.00 on one game is just bad betting (and that bet is gonna suck me in to do the same thing tonight. Somebody punch me. And to scoop a little suck sauce onto last night I'm supposed to have both Seattle and the Mets today but the games went off before I could even think about bases. Venting. It's been a lousy week. Hope you all are kicking ass.
