Amazing how many teams with a big wins in Week 1 didn't even sniff covers and outright lost last week...

Okie State - beat Georgia, lost SU to Houston
Missouri - beat Illinois, barely beat Bowling Green
Alabama - didn't cover vs Fla International
Colorado State - beat Colorado, barely beat Weber State

Small sample size granted and a couple of teams who won big games week 1 did well last week (BYU and Boise come to mind)...

I am looking at these teams to have a letdown this week...

Michigan ... vs. Eastern Michigan
Boise State ... vs Fresno State
Iowa .. vs Arizona

why would Boise have a letdown after playing paddycake with Miami Ohio?

the letdown should be from Fresno who had been thumping Wisky all game and choked the game away in the 2nd half, then making a big FG to tie and go to OT

and then lose in double OT.

heartbreaking. it's tough to get up after that, especially on short rest.

how about a USC letdown at Wash? not an upset, but a big game
plus having to long travel dates 2 weeks in a row

You know, I'm not really sure why I put Boise on there....they don't fit the bill really

USC is definitely a play...good catch

Fresno is not a letdown game because they were already looking ahead to Boise before the Wisconsin game. If it was Toledo going into Fresno then I would agree with you but this is a top ten team who smacked them down last year. There should be no loss of motivation here.

That's what I was thinking. I am definitely leaning towards Boise.

agree with both.

also toledo + almost 3 scores hosting tOSU for a letdown spot. w/b tough for buckeyes to get up for this after losing their 'circled' USC rematch, much less cover this number against opelt on the road. rockets and glass house will be jacked for this one.

The game is not in the "Glass House" but in Cleveland Browns Stadium with about 60,000 Ohio State fans.

Toledo has no defense, giving up half a hundred to Purdue and 38 to a terrible Colorado team. Ohio State will score at will. And Toledo's offense will look like a high school team to Ohio State after seeing USC's studs. I think OSU names the score.
