I heard this and almost posted the same thing. It's this shit that drives me crazy about him. If he admits he played on super teams than it hurts his "legacy" that he's 2-5 in those finals (1st Cavs year wasn't a super team by any means I don't think.) Everything that comes out of his mouth is so...manufactured/self-serving.
Granted, he played great (or at least had great stats) in this finals, but during that 27-4 run, he took ONE shot (and missed it.) Maybe getting nitpicky, but it's his job to stop a run. Hit a big shot...hell, TAKE a shot.
But also, for every JR Smith 3 hit, he gave up 6 on D whether failing to switch, or just hugging Steph rather than playing D and giving the best free throw shooter two free ones at the line. That was the biggest difference. If they could play solid team transistion defense this could have gone at least 7.
