The trend went from "yogurt shops" to "burger places" and now to "make your own pizza".

We have 2 "make your own pizza" places in my city and they are building a blaze as well (we have a blaze about half hour away from us and always crowded).

My family enjoys the "make your own pizza" concept as you get to choose the cheese, the sauce, and the toppings on your own pizza. Plus many of these places have ice cream/gelato and beers on tap. (They all have the "new" soda machine as well)

Our actual favorite is a place called "your pie" as you can get a panini or a salad w/ all the fixings as well.

Its the only time that i get to eat pizza and i can have the toppings that i want!!

I didnt see any blaze's listed in jersey yet... Pizza's like religion over here in jersey lol, pretty much the whole north east in general. Come at me with some Domino's and im offended..
My daughters mom comes over once a year from colorado for a day or 2 to pick my daughter up and bring her back for the summer...
All she ever talks about is how much better the pizza is in jersey

This blaze pizza looks just like a diGiorno to me

He's not funny at all. But anyway, they have "subway pizzas" like this all over the place. Not sure how successful it will be, there is another chain that is fairly new called "YouPizza" around my way
