not much to nibble on today, but here goes:

r1: queen of the hunt. gaines does not win often with firsters, but this filly has some talent in the morning drills and this is a very pathetic field, even one for $32k 3 year old maiden fillies. devine lightening is the only other one of interest as that one got a good educational run in his first out at sacramento.

more to come follow.

r3: skyway. loved his maiden score late last month and will back right back vs a suspect group of winners.

love those nostril victories...

r4: vennys public. this one ran a winning race in his last when doing all the dirty work and holding on grimly until the final few yards. while winner diamond indy came back to run horribly this past weekend, i'll back vennys as the controlling pseed in here. bisono riding high and this one is currently 3/1.

r5: feature story. going to back bisono yet again in here with feature story, who steps up off the claim for treese. this one is an absurd 9/1 right now.

r7: drake's victory. spencer's magic has the most talent and ultimato the right style for the distance, but i'm betting drake's mows them all down in the lane.
