Lay betting for US players?

I want to sign up for a horse lay betting service. I am not able to find anywhere to make the bets. Does anyone know of a betting exchange that allows US players for lay betting. Thanks.

that has been around for many years - they were originally an
offshore that called itself WIT. they are located in the CRIS
building in costa rica, but I don't know if there is an equity interest in
the horizon group by CRIS yet.

Thank you for the information. It is something to consider. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell they only offer US tracks. Many of the lay betting services use the UK races.

Any other possiblities?
