season finale airs tonight, with a shootout in the precinct, and someone doesnt come out alive i think it said.....but Mariska has signed for a 13th season i read, and she is only going to be Elliot's partner for 1/2 of the year, then she gets a promotion which will allow her to not work as much on the show, she'll only be on each episode for about 1/2 it says...so maybe the captain gets killed, but either way, preview looked real good

she's only replacing her as far as being Elliot's partner, and thats later in the season.....Mariska will be his partner for several episodes then she gets a promotion, where she will only be on the show a little while each episode.....she wont be the "main" detective anymore.....it allows her to work less which is what she wanted.....but she's coming back

And tonight, Sharon Stone joins the cast of this already hit show.....she's sure to stir things up and just add more intrigue to this great drama....

Ice-T, and Belzer do a nice job as well as detectives...
