Yes, although I found their Neteller dry one day.

They deal 20 cent lines for MLB and their limits are low ($500).

They have punishing withdrawal fees too. One free Neteller every 30 days. Subsequent payouts are $25. Max cashout is $2500 at one time.

So you will get charged $25 for every $2500 you withdraw.

After I took out about 80% of my balance they emailed me the next day and told me to take out the rest because they were closing my account. I did request the rest, they paid it no problem, and account has been closed every since.

Not really worth playing there in my opinion.

Las Palmas is one of the top sportbooks. They pay fast and customer service is excellent.

As a nickel player, they were a great College Football out for me last year. I haven't done much with them since December, but all transactions were smooth, no problems.

Chuck,

I think you are thinking of the old days when Laspalmas gave a generous 20 cash bonus on all deposits. But for about a year now CS has gone way down, and stories like Baus's have become common place. When they were having major website problems, they refused to acknowledge it. They absolutely hate anyone who withdraws money. Max bet is $500, so if you win a couple of dimes, what are you suppose to do. You can't bet with it, because thier limits are so low, and if you ask to withdraw your winnings, they kick you out. As they told me, they don't mind players who win, but they want players who keep thier winnings in thier account. Well with all do respect, if I have no intention of ever withdrawing my winnings, I may as well just play with fake money then.

Highly overated book IMO

I have had no problem with Las Palmas. Except they kicked me out after a sustained winning streak. For a nickel shop, a real long sustained winning streak. They booted me after I bet Motown to win it all vs. Lakers 6-1 for the nick. I thought after Motown won game one they wanted me out, but the manager laughed and said the Lakers were still going to win it anyway. One day I tried to log on. Oops, no workee. I called up, you must speak to a manager. He said not the Motown bet but too many winning weeks, and too much winning total. But instead of whining and crying here, I did FROG's guidelines. I called up, and said I was long term customer, lifetime figure under 5 dimes. So they were cool, and let me back in, with the condition if I continue white hot streak, I will be asked to leave. They were actually kind to let me stay. Sadly the Motown bet won, along with a few more. I have made a dozen or so neteller withdrawals, never late or a problem. They knew I was not a kink, or bonus whore. I like to rotate my beating victims so I said I would take it easy until football. Except for small limits and 20 cent bb, benjamin rating. Best Wishes...OF

$25 is not punishing. They are likely losing money on that. I really don't mind books charging even $30 as long as they are upfront abou it. Because many books actually pay $30 per $2500.

I consider the 4% that First Fidelity charges for 3rd Neteller withdrawals in a month puninishing. That is $100 per $2500 w/d. And they don't even list their rules on their site.

You are right Lakerfan, $25 is actually below market value, after the free one. Others charge $30. Some charge $15. Or what it really costs, 4%. Neteller gouges books 4% for money deposited and paid. That takes it up to $100. So in all actuality, the books are losing $75. when they charge you $25. I just figure I can help offset their loss, and it is probably bonus money anyway. If you have got in the position to withdrawal, you should be happy. $25. is more than fair...Best Wishes...OF

Neteller charges 4% on deposits to books. But for withdrawals they only charge 2% with a max of $30 per $2500. Charging $25 for a withdrawal is certainly fair. Its the books like Heritage, MVP, first fidelity, Grande Who really tryi to screw you on the withdrawals. Betbg's 2% also adds up real fast if you are on a winning streak.

Yes marc Neteller gets them coming and going. I think they really up getting 6%. You deposit, they take 4%. You win/break even, withdrawal, they take 2% more. I wonder how much this actually affects the bottom line of a book? Best Wishes...OF

I got the boot too, played my own stuff, no steam.

Always liked them, they moved their baseball lines around a lot and were a useful out.

I think the transaction fees hurt a lot. Very few books offer any incentive for players to keep winnings in their account. I know for myself, If I have more money in my account than I could feasibly wager during the course of 1 or two days, my feeling is send it back to neteller. Ultimately at some point, Your going to have to withdraw your winnings. And if I end up losing at some point I could always send the moeny back. Of course such logic costs the book money. Even if I pay the withdrawal fees, it is costing them 4% to get my money back. Grande used to come into the forums advertisign their free neteller withdrawals. You don't see them doing that anymore. Some books like Gaurdian and megasb will give the player a little bit of interest to keep thiewr money in their account. IF books were smart they'd come up with an incentive program to get players to keep thier winnings in thier accounts and not withdraw them so quickly.

$25 fee for every $2500 withdrawal is punishing when compared to:

Canbet - 1 free Neteller every 24 hours
VIP - up to $2500 free every week.
Bowmans - $15 per $2500

VIP? They'll throw you out or cut your limits to $50 as soon as you win a few bucks. I am suprised they don't offer unlimited Netteller WD since it's a loser's only operation.

I've never had a problem with any VIP book, other than their crappy software.
