Just put some more sauce on the top and some Mozz and cook for another 30-45 minutes when you heat it again on 350degrees.

Why you would use extra virgin olive oil to start a sauce is beyond me, waste of money. EVO is for salads, and stuff not to be cooked. Maybe drizzle over the top at the end.

got to go ahead and say thank you to BAS also...made the lasagna myself today and have to say ive made my fair share of sauces and this was definitely up there! great recipe bud !

Sorry if it's a little on the High side, as far as Price.

That's how I was Brought up...My Grandmother Cooked with it, My Mom Cooked with it....and I Cook with it.

Now am I going to Fry French Fries with it ?? NO

But when I make my Gravy ( Sauce ), I only use the Best. :103631605
