Las Vegas gambler REMOVED from famous 4 Queens casino in handcuffs after he went in without wearing a mask

A LAS Vegas gambler was removed from the famous 4 Queens casino in handcuffs after he went in without wearing a mask.
The man was bundled out of the building and handed over to cops for flouting public safety rules on Saturday night.
The photographer reported that the man was yelling for help when he was taken outside by five security guards.
The bouncers were wearing face masks, however bystanders had their coverings pulled down around their chin.
It is currently mandatory for all residents and tourists to wear face coverings in public and inside private businesses across Nevada.
Nevada has now passed the 50,000 mark in positive COVID-19 cases.
State health officials on Sunday reported 1,131 new coronavirus cases, pushing the total to 50,205 since the pandemic began.
There were no additional deaths reported, keeping the total at 832 known deaths.
According to the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, the average number of new confirmed cases daily over the past two weeks has remained fairly constant.
The number of infections is thought to be far higher because many people have not been tested, and studies suggest people can be infected with the virus without feeling sick.

In liberal cities, people commit dozens of crimes and get released on no cash bond, then end up killing toddlers... but at least we got those tax payers that don't wear masks arrested!

These are the rules. If u want to enter our business you must wear a mask. If u dont want to wear a mask, don't enter our business. It's really the same as you being required to wear a shirt.
Why is buddy so special that he feels the rule doesn't apply to him?

Anyone not wearing a mask when it's required in a private business is an idiot. If they start mandating masks in public places, they will be violating constitutional freedoms.

Those people are 1/10000th as dumb as liberals who support politicians who want to release violent criminals on the streets despite the fact they commit crimes daily.

There are varying degrees of harm. You should learn what that means.

Great question that really applies to about 60% of this forum who are upset and think having to wear a mask is infringing on their constitutional rights lmao

On a sidewalk, yes it would be infringing constitutional rights. In a bar, no.

It's not a complex analysis, you retard.

If they start mandating masks in public places? It's been happening for some time now all over the world.

Why would they release them? To avert C-19 epidemics among highly congested prison populations which put prison guards & visitors at risk?

Most of the world doesn't have the protection of the US Constitution, lol.

And yes, I watch bond hearings in Chicago and it usually goes something like this:

*Suspect was arrested pointing an illegal gun at someone*
*Suspect has prior violent felonies*
*Public defender claims that the 22 year old suspect has asthma*
*Liberal judge releases perp on cash-less bond due to "health concerns"*
*Suspects shoots a toddler on the south side of Chicago that night*
*Liberals: crickets about black lives*

If someone sued, and if the court ruled properly, it'd be ruled an invalid executive order.

To mandate mask wearing on public mass transit, in malls, restuarants, bars, etc? How about mandating people wear clothes or don't piss on other people in public?

Are you retarded? Bars have licenses, that are issued at will by the government. The government isn't mandating that citizens wear masks, the government is mandating that those bars, that operate only if the government says they can, with licensing, require masks on their customers. It's a pretty easy distinction, not sure why you're humiliating yourself and struggling to understand it.

You really think that the government should have the legal right to mandate someone wear a face covering on public property like a side walk? And again, a city bus or train is different than a side walk. A person can be banned from riding the CTA in Chicago... they can't be banned from walking on public sidewalks. Yikes. You're a little authoritarian twat, aren't you?
