Does anyone know if any Las Vegas books still allow locals a phone account (Calling in bets to an operator) with an application and proof of residence? I know they used to do this before mobile apps. Any shops still doing this?
I live in LV and I believe all have transitioned to mobile. You also have to keep in mind that there has been a lot of consolidation so there really aren't many independent shops anymore so you pretty much have to follow the herd.
