no it's not, it's terrible ANYTIME taxpayers have to foot the bill for a stadium. Makes no sense.

I think it would be great for the visiting teams fans as there always seems to be cheap flights to Vegas and tickets would probably be fairly easy to come by as well. Go to Vegas, drink up all their booze, take their money and then watch our team beat the crap out of the Raiders. Ok maybe that is a bit of a stretch, but it would be fun to try. And can you imagine a SuperBowl in Las Vegas, ridiculous.

There is already an 8.15% sales tax on purchases and a 12% tax on hotel rooms in Las Vegas. I guess it could go higher or they can find something else to tax. When it comes to sales taxes, Nevada ranks among the highest taxed states in the country

I believe the 8.15% sales tax would apply to the locals
