Bill Laimbeer blows by Jordan with champoionship rings. Billy was my all time favorite player. Led leauge in rebounder, great post player, great 3 point shooter.


Saw him OWN shaq in Oralndo one night, BOTH ends of the floor.

Jordan prevented Detroit from a 3-peat. And it hurt. And I could not stand Mike at the time, but that is the truth.

Left out one of the dirtiest and classless players too. Did make a very good career out of nothing. He didn't even start at Notre Dame. Bruce Flowers did. He was a first round pick by Cleveland.

Exactly. And that elbow he gave Robert Parish was probably the weakest crap I have ever seen in my many many hours of watching hoops.

Slow start for the Shock falling behind 21-9 but closed the first quarter with a rush. End of 1st quarter: Connecticut 25 Detroit 21.

Second quarter swings more to the style of Detroit playing defense and holding Connecticut to 7 points while scoring 15. FG percentages now drop Connecticut to .325 while Detroit improved to .378. Cheryl Ford of Detroit dominating the boards with 16 rebounds. Dydek (7'2") for Connecticut has only 5. End of 2nd Quarter: Detroit 36 Connecticut 32

Gonna be an interesting 4th. Detroit needs some more offense. Very physical game so far, I especially thought Detroit got fouled a great deal under the basket with no calls.
