These bets are based off of my individual team ratings which is computed based on the betting market. I then have a figure for each team and that number is notates how many points a team would be favored by against a league average team, plus or minus.. If the market disagrees with my ratings i bet against the market. Thus, Rams and Seahawks on the money this week. Just FYI. Best of luck.

Just a word of advice. Don't be a action player. Select a couple games which you really like and bet them. If you don't like a prime time game then don't bet it. You waste a lot of your roll for action. For instance I bet 2 games this week, that's it, Rams and Seahawks. If a side doesn't qualify as a bet for me I don't waste my time. Have a plan. Don't be the guy who bets a side, then after the 1Q bets live on the other side. That would tell me you're just tossing darts at a board. Don't blindly tail anyone in here unless you've seen a decent track record for that certain person. You don't have to bet every damn game. If you see someone posting 5-10 sides and/or totals you're not going to win a penny in the long run. Just my opinion of course. Best of luck.

I'll always gladly be an action Junkie, i'm a degen, what i can i say? That said, I vary bets and pick my spots, and much like with stocks, i like to diversify my portfolio. Most years, I walk away with some decent profit and have fun in the process....just have to know your bankroll and have good mgmt.

I do agree with your sentiments, esp for rookie gamblers that dont have experience betting the board..
