He didn't say "the best" (which would be a serious reach), just "one of the best". I agree. Start naming qb's that won an NFL MVP, played in a superbowl for more than one team, and has one of the 10 best seasons ever by qb rating. Plus his lifetime rating is 93.7 which puts him in some good company.
