Talked to Rod(think he is general manager)and he handled the situation very professionally.I was sure I was going to be writing a negative, about my dispute.There are 4 of us which bet into 2 Rio accounts and 2 Skybook accounts(of course with the free HALF POINT).I do most of the betting but they do call or use a computer to bet.Our half points were taken away for multi accounts--I explained to ROD that We were never betting more then 1000 to any 2 acounts(500 RIO/500 SKYBOOK)I gave him my word and ROD put us back on with our FREE HALF POINT.This is what the well established sportsbooks DO.
Another 1 of my friends received an e-mail from a new sportsbook.She sent 2500 neteller(1 of the suggested ways)They said they would put 20% cash into any new account.She only got 10%,ASKED FOR THE OTHER 10%and was told she was a wiseguy and she could only get 10% go to THE GREEK,PINNACLE,or RIO was their reply.So she asked for her money back-which they sent-but cost her 70 dollars.They sent her the email(new books watch out).
