New Rule Stipulations.
These are all fair rules and I have attempted to fill in any loopholes that Dr03 may try and weasel his way into. If they aren't agreed upon then this contest is over. Tulsa will have the final hand on this, but I am sure if my rules are fair and Dr03 doesn't agree because he just lost a loophole or something then he will agree on the ending of this contest.
Let me just say to start off. I am completely embarassed being a part of this contest. It has been a joke since day 1 and I am sorry for ANYONE who has spent the time to read it. I understand you will never get that wasted time back and for that I am deeply sorry. :howdy:
Let it be known that the original rules that a 3 unit max play had to be made so you could only risk 3 on a favorite rather then to win 3 because Dr03 made a huge deal about it because he NEVER bets over 3 units. However, ironically he bet over 70 units yesterday on 24 bets. . hmmmm
So, here are the rules to be followed, and I can assure that they will all be fair and ALL of you can agree to them.
1.) No parlays
2.) No PROPS
3.) 18 of the 24 plays that he got to use out of his 150 shall be added back as plays that he has to make. The reasoning- He broke the rule plain and simple. No matter how much he wants to act like the rule could be interpreted the way he says - IT CAN'T. Anyone can see that a rules of a contest being max 3 unit risk on a bet shall not be allowed to stand. If that was the case then anytime Chop bets a fav to win 3 units then I should have not had to change it up to a risk situation. I would have called the first 3 units on 1 bet, then added another bet with the rest of the units.
4.) A max 3 unit risk is a side and total. No betting the Yanks -300, the Yanks -1, the Yanks -1.5, the Yanks -2, and the Yanks -2.5
5.) No directly playing Chops plays to try and keep a lead or for any other reason. In order to make sure this is fair since I have to play EVERYONE of chop's plays as stated in the beginning of the contest is - IF and only IF dr03 posts a side before Chop posts it can Dr03 play the same side as Chop.
6.) No cancelling bets you have made after the line has been moved against you. (Shouldn't have to say this, but DR03 got away with this once)
7.) No using lines you got from "Your Bookie"
If an off line is used it will be researched to find out if it was ever offered at the time you posted.
Now, I have thought INCREDIBLY hard about this. Tried to cover any loopholes that dr03 may try and exploit.
I will listen to any feedback from posters if any of my rules don't seem completely and 100% fair.
This is supposed to be a clean capping contest between Choptalk's plays and dr03. Once again I apologize to JOH especially who was trying to add clean record keeping to what was supposed to be a cleanly coordinated contest. My fault for expecting that.

My honest opinion Kruser? You're just wasting your time, why not make him write out all the rules so you can find the next loophole to exploit? You had the right idea, send the kid his money back and be done with it. You trapped a square (actually his mouth trapped himself) that could never win this contest in a 100 years, to send him his money back when you are up would be a generous move on your part. Some things aren't worth money, coming back and battling over every little dotted i and crossed t gets old real quick, who could blame you for having enough of this crap. I know I am tired of just reading it, LOL.

First off he is brand new to gambling, still don't think he even understands why you can't call the book and cancel plays the next day. Secondly it became obvious how hard headed he was about all this, he's not going to bend on anything. You can write 1 million rules and if someone is not playing within the spirt of the rules he will find something to exploit. That's been obvious here from the start and it will continue on till the end. To make it worst he doesn't even understand the basics about what you can and can't do as a gambler, so even when he's dead wrong you are still going to be fighting a losing battle trying to reason with him.
I'm just one opinion so hear what others have to say but to me you are doing a classy thing by giving him his money back. Nobody should find fault with it. Clearly you got a fish on the line and have him down already but instead of continuing on with this nonsense you are going to let him off the hook. I guarantee you that is what I would have done long ago. My advice is don't worry about what the kid says or wants to do and do what you think suits you best. Dr13 has long lost any reason for you to continue to treat him like an adult. Since he's big on rules was there a rule stating you couldn't quit anytime you wanted to while ahead? Dude, what would be the point of making a 3 units max play then? If you wanted a 8 unit play all you would have to do is bet 2 plays for 3 and 1 for 2 for a total of 8. You are damn right I didn't specifically say that you couldn't do that - IT SHOULDN'T have needed to be said. Kind of like the rule that states you can't cancel a bet after the line moves against you. I SHOULDN'T have to make a rule like that with you!
Ok, so a professor tell you that you can bring in one sheet of paper with formulas and notes on it for a test. You tape together 4 pieces of paper to make it "ONE" sheet of paper. The professor says no you can't do that, and you come up with the same bullshit argument you are using against me. You think you would get to keep the points?
