Kobe was the best in the game after Jordan and even today he is one of the best. Lebron is a beast but let's see when he loses a step and gets older. Kobe adapted and adjusted his game to still contribute a ton. He can do this since he can shoot the ball well and has a ton of moves on offense and is basically a smart player. Lebron on the other hand is not a great shooter and has nowhere near the finesse moves, shake and bakes that Kobe has. Most of his baskets is due to the fact that he is built like a monster not because he is very skilled. Kobe is the man with the rings and Lebron has a long way to go before he can even think of being compared to Kobe the mega star Bryant.

For all those that were too young to witness Jordan play(really feel sorry for ya, missed the best player to ever play the game) Kobe Bryant is like a poor man's Jordan. You see how great Kobe is so imagine what Air Jordan was like.
