what? wasn't the evidence in that case, really not to good in her favor at all? I don't remember and I think I am just going off hear say so If I am wrong tell me.

You can read the actual court depositions here.

According to the sworn statements by those that examined her, she
had bloody trauma to her vagina.

Don't even try to say that the bloody trauma was already there before Kobe
raped her.

You commit logical fallacies with every post sir.

So the fact that the woman's vagina had bloody trauma proves that Kobe forced himself on her. I guess this means that all of the rape victims who didn't bleed weren't really raped.

This is hilarious. Name the logical fallacy in my post. Take your time, because there isn't one.

Oh, and I'll give you a lesson in basic logic 101 from my son's 5th grade text book.

a => b doesn't mean b => a, translated "A implies B doesn't mean B implies A"

Try again?

To be fair, Kobe used to be an ass just like Lebron is currently.

I used to not be able to stand him.

He has matured & changed for the better though.

Somehow I'm not as confident that Lebron will ever do the same...

Zit is just a Kobe hater period. His opinion based on anything
Kobe related is meaningless. Last year the Lebron love and Kove hate by Zit was hillarious. We may have to bump some of Zits threads last year about Kobe and Lebron...funny shit. Funny how he shut his mouth after Kobe again proved how he is a champion and Queen James is a chump. FYI girls can have bloody trauma to thier vag from consesual sex..dont be so ignorant. 6'7 black dude fucking some little white chick. Also, how many multiple dudes sperm did they they find in her vag?.....case closed. Stop with the Kobe hate zit.

FesteringZit, is the best. He's very Christian yet he's judging this one and that one. Didn't he say one time that Kobe should face the death penalty?

Below you'll find the bulk of the Bryant hearing transcript, which picks up when Winters takes the stand on October 9 and concludes with the brief closing arguments (on October 15) of prosecutor Greg Crittenden and Pamela Mackey, Bryant's defense attorney. Testimony on the hearing's first day came to an abrupt end when Mackey asked Winters whether the woman's vaginal injuries could have resulted from her having "sex with three men in three days."
Here's how we've set things up: Just click anywhere on a transcript page and you will jump to the following page of the 166-page document. If you'd like to go directly to the beginning of Mackey's cross examination of Winters, just click here.

Kobe didn't rape anyone.

The chick met Kobe at the hotel she worked at.

She then came back at 2AM and drove 15 miles off the highway up a mountain to come see Kobe. Think she was coming to say hello again?

Then when she has her rape check she has 3 guys' semen in her panties. Either she doesn't change often or banged 3 guys in one day.

Finally, she claimed she was raped while laying over a rolling chair. I don;'t know about you, but if some chick is hitting and kicking me, it's gonna be kind of hard to get it in while leaning against a rolling chair.

Likelihood she was raped? Less than 1%.

That a vagina with blood trauma proves that Kobe raped the woman -- begging the question. There are other explanations for a blood traumatized vagina other than rape.

Bzzzt, You clearly don't even know basic 5th grade logical fallacies.

I'll give you a simple lesson from my son's 5th grade text book.

Lesson #1: Begging the question is assuming what you are trying to prove.

Clue #1: I didn't assume anything

Fact is, no one knows for sure exactly what happened in that room except
for Kobe and the girl who says he raped her (and then got paid off).

For someone to say that the chance that Kobe raped her is < 1% is just plain stupid.

I don't hide the fact that I can't stand Kobe Bryant. I'm not alone, he's been
the leader on the most hated athlete list ever since he joined the league.
I think he's now dropped down to #2.

Lebron should have said "Not this year you won't be."

And, the only reason he won last year is because Perkins got injured. And, the only reason he got a ring in
2002 was because the fix was in.

I challenge ANYONE to watch game 6 against Sacramento and tell me that that game wasn't fixed.

Watch Kobe hold Bibby with his left hand as he smashes his right elbow into Bibby's face. Notice the ref is standing right
in front of the play, 5 feet away, looking right at it, no whistle - he ignores the play.

Then look at the 40+ free throws the Lakers took in that game, and the calls that were made that sent them to the line.

7:50 mark of video

Then you can read consumer advocate Ralph Nader's letter to Stern to address the corruption in that game:

it was after this joke of a so called nba gm that i lost any and all interest in thug sport...shaq proves in this series how truly overrated he really is. the freethrow's were a dead giveaway. the clumsy ox can't shoot a freethrow w-out going over the line and the ref responsible for WATCHING this i guess doesn't UNDERSTAND this rule....lol..

Here is part of Nader's letter to Stern:

Calls by referees in the NBA are likely to be more subjective than in professional baseball or football. But as the judicious and balanced Washington Post sports columnist Michael Wilbon wrote this Sunday, too many of the calls in the fourth quarter (when the Lakers received 27 foul shots) were "stunningly incorrect," all against Sacramento. After noting that the three referees in Game 6 "are three of the best in the game," he wrote: "I have never seen officiating in a game of consequence as bad as that in Game 6. ...When Pollard, on his sixth and final foul, didn't as much as touch Shaq. Didn't touch any part of him. You could see it on TV, see it at courtside. It wasn't a foul in any league in the world. And Divac, on his fifth foul, didn't foul Shaq. They weren't subjective or borderline or debatable. And these fouls not only resulted in free throws, they helped disqualify Sacramento's two low-post defenders." And one might add, in a 106-102 Lakers' victory, this officiating took away what would have been a Sacramento series victory in 6 games.
This was not all. The Kobe Bryant elbow in the nose of Mike Bibby, who after lying on the floor groggy, went to the sideline bleeding, was in full view of the referee, who did nothing, prompted many fans to start wondering about what was motivating these officials.

Kobe 5 rings, Lebron none. Plus when it comes to national team Kobe does not have bronze like lebron. I hope this punk never wins a championship just can't stand that guy.
