Hey guys had a pretty good weekend. We actually had a pretty strong week as far as investments go. Thanks to everyone for their positive comments and support. New day tomorrow, new start. new week, new opportunities. Lets get em.
Houston @ Los Angeles.
-------------------------
The Pick: Los Angeles -8
The Pick: Over 193.5
Predicted Outcome: LA 102 Houston 91
If Houston struggled frustratingly against Portland this series is going to end before it even starts. The biggest question I've heard on this topic is "how is LA going to block Yao" The Answer: When you have an offense that can answer you just use that to your advantage. Houston Will try to keep LA out of the paint, and try their slow the entire game down. However this is LA's houst. Teams usually play to the comfortable pace of the home team. this game is going to be all about timing, If houston can have longer possession time, take their time and not take contested shots it should be a okay game and they'll give themselves the chance they need to win. But this is the Houston Rockets we're talking about, a team that is infamous for going up big and then giving it away (I know the Lakers do it alot too...) But Because Yao is a big dude, I always see him grabbing the shorts in the fourth quater, Even if it is a even game (which it wont be) I'd still say LA by 8 because if Portland can come back on Houston time and time again, LA will break away, eventually. THINK ABOUT THIS> There is a high possiblitly that this game will go over, I mean 193.5 isn't really a high total when you're takling about this game, but ask yourself. "Is this going to be a blowout?" that may be the only thing that kills the over. None the less even if it is a blow out I'm thinking 110 to 85. I say this because everytime LA and Houston have met they've always scored within the 81-96 window. never any less. The totals were always so low in the Houston/Portland Series because Portland and Houston both struggle offensivly. But man, if Kobe gets on fire... we're gonna get it... here are the past games they've had.

Orlando @ Boston

The Pick: Boston -2.5

Well, I think people are going to on the fence about this game, but I'm not really, I think Boston did their fair share of training in a close call series with chicago. Chicago wasn't a walk in the park either, with Rose, and Ben Gordon, and Brad Miller, and Noah... The point is even if it was Chicago sitting here I think they would take Orlando, so with that said Boston should win this by 4 at least. Solid Defensive Effort by Boston should shut out Orlando. Take a look at this Orlando Team... Struggling all year, and barely beat a Philadelphia team that pulled the same crap two years in a row. Made the playoffs and then get kocked out in the first round. Dwight Howard has been playing pretty well, but I just don't see it happening, You have a one man show verses a team full of Defensive and Offensive weapons. I really don't see that much scoring compared to the last series, now granted, they're last meetings involved Kevin Garrnett But I just still think it'll be either a one sided game, or it's going to be Boston forcing Orlando to Perimieter shooting. I think if you look at the stats for this game it's going to be a little misleading because of all the over times last series, and because Boston allowed a lot lower points when KG was in, so now you just gotta use common sense..
