what part? the beach? We moved down in 86. My parents still live down there. The traffic during season and now really all year is just horrible. We went to FM beach every year for spring break back in the late 80's. That was truly a good time. Love to visit, don't think I could live there again.
Had a place on the beach (Riviera Condo 7500 Estro Blvd) for years.
Got tired of the bullshit traffic even during off season (as you say).
Moved a few years ago out buy Edison College. It is beautiful out there.
Great food, restaurants and less traffic and all kinds of shopping for the wife (to leave me alone).
I live down here for the winter only.
Looking out my window today (CHGO), I wish I was down there now.
