its always been around 110-125 points as the highest scoring week by someone throught the year. typically someone has a stack of qb/wr or wr/rb that get 40 each etc

Would you say that anytime one of your position guys gets 25pts that you are a 90percent lock to advance?

the first few weeks between people forgetting to set a lineup or just sheer # of users, 40+ points gets you through. so if i get 20+ early, i try to start "decent" players who id never be excited to start if needed or backups who have short term value getting a spot start in theory
