Minimum Basic Wager and Bankrolls are noted with each Bet Type.
Bet Types are:

Win
Place
Exacta - 4 Choices (Pick 2)

-Wheel
-Box
-Key Box
Trifecta - 4 Choices (Pick 2)
-Straight
-Wheel
-Box

Most Net Winnings wins.

Selection Form is a bit tedious but simple to navigate.
Each Wager is submitted separately. There is a link in the confirmation to make another play.
Total of 6 bets: Win, Place, Exacta (select 2 of 4 options), and Trifecta (select 2 of 4 options).
Minimum Basic Wagers set for each Bet Type.
Separate bankrolls for each Bet Type.
Any part of bankroll not used will be deducted from winnings or added to losses.
Winner takes all.

Unlikely a lot if any interest in this set up. Would've been more interesting auctioning off the horses and then pay out based on WPS formula 70% to the winner 20% to the place and 10% to show.

Perhaps next year.
