There's a couple things I want to address about the article. Las Vegas Sports Consultants is only in existance because the Nevada Gaming Dinosaurs, oops I mean the Nevada Gaming Commission requires all Nevada sports books to use a licensed line service. Everyone knows that LVSC lines are a very secondary source. ALL the sports books use the Don Best line service and as soon as the offshore prices start to move, the books adjust their lines. They only pay LVSC for their lines because the ostriches at the Nevada Gaming Commission say they have to.

Anyone that believes Ken White won't be betting anymore believes I have a 12 inch, sledgehammer ****. The guy knows his stuff and will continue to bet because he is very good at it. He will just have his offshore accounts in other names. When you're as good a handicapper as Ken White is, you don't stop betting just because you now run a line service that no one really follows or cares about.

Soccer Bob, Don Best is not a line service, it is a line monitoring service. Olympic, CRIS, Pinnacle etc. subscribe to LVSC and that's the number hung after they let a few wiseguys bet into it. It amazes me how everyone thinks that the sportsbooks offshore make the lines. They don't, LVSC does just like Bob Martin did prior to Roxy and LVSC. Some books may hire Ken White and a couple yes only a couple, of other respected oddsmakers but the original number comes from LVSC. Bookies book bets not make odds, oddsmakers make odds not book bets, they are two completly seperate and different businesses.

Oscar you are so WRONG any every decent bookmaker has a opinion and if he is a bookmaker he will put his opinion into his opening line unfortunately there arent many real bookmakers out there most just follow everyone else

Ski the market bears the price, period. Bookmakers do not make the lines on the game. You are sadly mistaken if you think it works the other way around. Feel free to contact any bokmaker offshore and you will find the answer. Most Bookmakers don't know the difference between North Carolina Tar Heels and the Carolina Panthers.

Isnt that what I said,and Im not mistaken there are only one or two bookmakers offshore that are worth a damn,and by the way I use to talk with Bob daily and many other real bookmakers not these guys who call themselves bookmakers
