[h=2]First key swing senator says NO to Kavanaugh: Democrat Heidi Heitkamp will vote against Trump's nominee leaving his fate in hands of three Republicans and one red-state Dem[/h]
4772634-0-image-m-6_1538680417086.jpg

North Dakota Democratic Sen. Heidi Heitkamp said Thursday that she will cast a 'no' vote when the full Senate convenes to decide on Judge Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination. 'The process has been bad,' Heitkamp told her home-state WDAY-TV. 'But at the end of the day you have to make a decision, and I've made that decision.' 'I will be voting no on Judge Kavanaugh.' In a statement minutes later, Heitkamp said that 'n addition to the concerns about his past conduct, last Thursday’s hearing called into question Judge Kavanaugh’s current temperament, honesty, and impartiality.' Senate Republicans and Democrats engaged in angry clashes Thursday over the quickly-completed FBI background investigation into sex assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh - with no new light appearing to have been shed by the rushed probe. Senate Democrats said their fears had been realized after the FBI delivered documents to the chamber. They demanded everything be made public. They fumed it was 'limited' and 'incomplete' and accused the White House of constraining agents from questioning both Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, whose own attorneys called it a 'stain on the FBI'.

Would have preferred if the first commitment was a "yes". These sheep could play follow the donkey.

Perfect now we can put a conservative in her Senate seat.....the Dems will have to win in TWO very unwinnable Senate races to get the majority. Good luck.

Hopefully, the next person nominated by trump will be more like Gorsuch....IOW, someone without a history of blackout drinking and attempted assaults on young, intoxicated females.

Or better yet, nominate a qualified woman and virtually eliminate potential of such behavior towards other women

:smoker2:

(back in first week of November for deep discussion of Congressional elections....heh)

So when Trump replaces Ginsberg, what poor unexpecting nominee who presently has a impeccable reputation will become the next serial rapist in the eyes of libtard nation?

You know they're going back to this playbook, (bullshit) wedge issues are all they have.
