I looked hard at this game earlier and was very close to playing the Chiefs....may still take them for some small action, just don't know which SD team will show up or if the Chiefs will play well in a game many are saying this is their biggest in 4 years.....tough one, but it would be Chiefs or nothing for me with the spread this high

I took the Chiefs on this one. They can still run the ball with their offensive line, so I like it to stay close. Not really sure what is going to happen with the total. SD can definitely score quickly but getting over something like 24-21 is going to be tough.

Be careful if you are thinking of playing Kansas City. The big line move today from 7 to 9.5 is for a reason. Cassel is OUT for K City. They have to start backup Brodie Croyle who is winless in nine career starts. The Chiefs also signed quarterback Tyler Palko (whoever he is) to the active roster from the practice squad. Croyle has played in 16 regular-season games, completing 173-of-300 passes for 1,631 yards and eight touchdowns with eight interceptions. What's important is Croyle is averaging just a little over five yards per pass attempt which is not good. Anyway, I just wanted anyone thinking of playing the Chiefs to know Cassel is OUT.
