all of my plays in the nba / cbb / mlb were posted before they went off I charged nothing for them. WIl made a no tout rule no touts in the forum.

ACE ACE goes tout and now we have the RULE CHANGES.. POINT IS: Wil has now changed the guidlines and allowed a paid tout to post. Now when ACE ACE stops posting here and he will. AND THEN You'll all say nothing..

And the fish will go to doc's and pay $99 a week / $375 amonth / $750 a year.. USE YOUR COMMON SENSE.. Ace is at his PEAK right now... If he stopped posting prior to the NFL season it would be a BIG mistake... Maybe this post will make him continue longer then a few weeks.. I DOUBT IT... And believe me from a money stand-point he is CRAZY to not stop and make you all follow for the $750 a year rate... DO THE MATH.... 50K in views = 10K in people... 10K = 2K willing to pay minimum X $750.... NICE WORK ACE... NICE WORK!

Nothing against you ACE.. You have been nothing but solid in your 2 years here and a GREAT poster.... I wish you the very best of luck..

And Wilheim you and Dante are the only to mederators that I know of here.. And you both do a great job and seem like good people.. TINCO, I have no idea who you are nor do I CARE..

I understand why you allow ACE to post.. I would also.. My entire point is when you do allow him you should allow all to post by a set of rules.. The same set that was in place prior.. No solciting. no emails. no BS about your other picks in the main forums... Hell, you didn't even allow Smokey to post a, "good luck" I mean come on guys.... Be men about it and if you allow one tout to post allow them all.. I don't care if a tout post 1 of his plays as long as he doesn't post anything about the rest.. How in the hell can you moderate if ACE continues to post all of his plays here or not anyway? And he already has informed everyone of his OTHER site to get his picks.. lol.... Its not that hard to figure out guys.... If he wasn't in this for the money he would not be here or at DOC'S selling his plays...

This thread confirms it for me, Doc's sports makes things up.

Below is a recent email discussion I had with them. I was not going to post it until I just read their bio on Ace-Ace:

Sean,<?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O />

First thank you for your response and comments and I agree with your %’s.
We will also be sending you a copy of our publication for your review.

When I see things like:
The 2006 season is here and we at Doc's Sports are on top of everything that is involved with MLB picks. Vince, our MLB man; has been with Doc's 15 out of our last 35 years in business. Vince is in the office seven days a week and has become well known as one of the best, in handicapping baseball. For those of you who like numbers - the last six years alone his baseball picks had a Weekly Top Game record of 102-56 and his Game of the Month is a solid 32-10. it reads as false advertising to me and turns me away.

Our records are 100% accurate. These are only our top game of the week and game of the month record. Our seasonal record is closer to the mid to high 50% record each season. Many of our customers and readers are only interested in top games and we do very well with top game so that is why we mention this. It’s in no way false advertising. We’ve been in business for 35 years and have a lot of clients that come back and use our service year after year because of our great reputation with in the industry. We would not keep this reputation or our clients if we did any false advertising. Some fly by night operations may do this but we never will.

. Either that or the games were games that were around -300.

None of our games are -300 type plays. In fact it’s rare to see a play that’s over the -135 mark. Most of our picks are small favorites or slight underdogs.

If someone is 32-10 over nearly 4 years on games of the month, there is no reason to sell picks - just bet them

First I don’t see why you fell this number is so unimaginable for someone who does this day in and day out. Next, Why would you say there is no reason to sell them – just bet them? Our business is selling picks. There are 1000’s of people out there who want to purchase picks from a reputable company because they don’t have the time to handicap the games but still want to enjoy the experience. This is entertainment for them and hopefully they will make a little money as well. My stock broker does and incredible job for me and has done well even in some bad markets. Should he stop selling his services and just “bet” his own picks as well? Should every financial advisor just look after themselves as well? This makes no sense to me. We do bet our own picks but why do you feel we should stop running our business?

Anyway, you have your opinion and we respect that but when it comes to integrity
We would never do anything to ruin a reputation that we’ve worked so hard to develop.

Thank you for taking the time to get back to us and sorry for the late response,

Hello,

You may send a schedule to:

Sean ____

Your site looks great.

My only criticism would be I don't see any documentation of the picks that determine the records - few sites have them with SSB and Fezziks being the only two I know...

An excellent capper is glad to hit 54%. 54% long term turns you into a millionaire. 60%, although impossible, turns you into a billionaire.

When I see things like:

The 2006 season is here and we at Doc's Sports are on top of everything that is involved with MLB picks. Vince, our MLB man; has been with Doc's 15 out of our last 35 years in business. Those are my only thoughts. I prefer to see 550-480 than 500-100.... I am sure the general public prefers the 500-100.

The truth is, whether you want to call Ace Ace a tout, a backstabber, a great capper, or a God - all touts (smokey, kodiak, rodfather, etc) have the same opportunities and priveledges as AceAce.

Why can't people understand this?

Two reasons Box

1.) Arrogance. Just flat out arrogant bastards.

2.) Jealousy, they can't be Ace so they decide to bash him as much as possible.

The truth is that if these touts were to post ALL thier plays for a season they would be discovered as the Frauds they are. Its bad for business when you have a longterm documentation of a losing record. Do you know how much money Ace could make from therx alone selling his plays? It would be ridiculous. He chooses not too because he is not a tout. He simply bets his own plays and then shares with the rest of us. That is what makes Ace . . well Ace!

Besides all of these other variables Kodiak, Ace Ace is not a tout. What hes doing is not considered to be a tout. He's somewhere in between a regular poster and a tout. But he cant be considered either.

He has not ran and sold his plays yet, although if I was him I would. He could make a million dollars easy by selling his picks. But he hasnt done that. You are just speculating what he is going to do and you cant ban people on speculation.

You are being offered to post ALL of your plays in every sport on this website for free, just like AceAce is.

Do you accept or decline?

It's that simple, my man.

Yeah Kody you are missing something. Like the question that has been put to you more than a few times in this thread.

ARE YOU WILLING TO POST YOU'RE PLAYS ON THERX BEFORE THE GAME STARTS FOR FREE??????????????

It's a simple question that you fail to answer.

Ace Ace has not asked for a dime from anyone here at theRX. Can you say the same?

Whatever Ones opinion is, whenever you get a group of Gamblers that think all they have to do is put their cash down to collect, it goes tits-up and gets ugly. :nopityA::drink:

Ok I am in no ways friendly with Kodiak. I used to be ok with the guy & enjoyed posting in threads. However over the years that has gone by the wayside. As much as Kodiak won't believe this or even care, I happen to agree with a majority of what he is saying.

I have nothing against Ace Ace or anyone selling picks at any point & time. However some of you are either clueless or pretending to be as it serves a purpose.

It doesn't matter where someone sells plays, they are a "tout" like most of you choose to call them. If I posted everything I play (which I do) & turn around to sell on BuyMyPicks.com (not a real site & if it is I have no idea, just an example), each & everyone of you would call me a tout.

So now all of a sudden the definition gets a little muddy because it might serve some purpose whether business wise or personally.

I for one don't care if someone chooses to sell picks. Everyone good or bad has a right to do so. If someone is good at something, why not milk it for what it is worth?

However don't try to insult the intelligence of what a so called tout is. Why do you think he was recruited to that site to begin with? The answer is to sell plays & make some money which last I check is what all of you call a "tout".

Lets just be frank about it. this site along with others has proven in the past to change the rules if it served a purpose. If one won't admit to that well they are just living in their own world.

EveryGamblersDream and others have a misconception of the definiton of a tout.

A person that sells picks is not autmaticly a tout, ones that won;t leave you alone like the guy at work that sells amway and you avoid at all cost is a tout.

tout: to solicit, peddle, or persuade importunately

importunate: troublesomely urgent : overly persistent in request or demand

Oh BTW

Why wouldn't we? The vast majority of the posters here want Aces picks in the sports forums. Do you really think that we're going to let some rule that WE made stand in the way of that? Think about it

I dont think Ace-Ace can ask for any money from the posters.RX managment is compensating him for posting here already.
I'd love to book his plays this year.
