Just some ATS numbers and Plays

Just looking into some ATS numbers and came up with some plays. I will say up front that I am not betting all of these but I am just looking at how well it works and wanted to keep a record of it. If nothing else, I think it is some good information for people to be able to look at. Its nothing groundbreaking but something I have never looked into before. Lets see how it works. Use it however you want to or dont use it at all.

Colorado +3 @ Stanford for 1 Unit Colorado is 7-0 against the spread so Im gonna go with them until they lose. Stanford is 4-2 ats so I only made it a 1 unit play

Navy +3 vs Memphis for 2 Units Navy is 4-1 against the spread and Memphis is 0-2 ats on the road this year. Triple option wins again

Cal -3 vs Oregon for 2 units Oregon is 0-5-1 ats this year and Cal is 2-0 ats at home.

Old Dominion +13 @ Western Kentucky for 1 unit Western Kentucky is 1-6 ats and Old Dominion is 4-2 ats however they are 1-2 on the road so Ima hold it to 1 unit.

Wisconsin -3 @ Iowa for 3 units Badgers are 5-1 ats and Iowa is 3-4 ats and 1-3 at home ats.

Cal/Ore game over 87.5 for 1 unit Cal is 5-1 against the over on the year and Oregon is 4-2. I don’t see much defense here but the total is so high im only making it 1 unit.

Indiana/Northwestern game under 52.5 for 3 units Indiana is 1-5 against the over and Northwestern is 2-4 against the over

LSU/Ole Miss under 60.5 4 Units LSU is 0-6 against the over and Ole Miss is 3-3 against the over.

Louisville/NC State Over 65 for 1 unit Louisville is 5-1 against the over and NC State is 3-2 The way NC State played against Clemson kinda scares me off of this one a little.

Maryland/Mich State under for 3 units Maryland is 1-5 against the over and Mich State is 2-4 I know nothing else but that sounds like under to me.

Miami OH/Bowling Green under 50 for 2 units Miami OH is 1-6 against the over and BG is 3-4.

Mississippi State/KY game under 53.5 for 1 unit MSU is 1-5 against the over and Kentucky is 3-3 but the way states db’s cover im not putting more than 1 unit on it.

New Mexico/La Monroe over 62 for 5 units New Mexico is 6-0 against the over this year and la Monroe is 4-2 A lot of points scored here and this is my only 5 unit play of the week.

Penn state/Ohio state over 59.5 for 2 units Penn State is 4-1-1 against the over and OSU is 3-3 OSU offense proves a poin this week and gets the over almost by themselves.

South Carolina/UMASS under 45.5 for 1 unit South Carolina is 1-5 against the over and umass is 3-4

TX State/la Lafayette over 65 for 1 unit tx st is 5-1 against the over and ULL is 3-3

Toledo/Central Michigan over 63 for 2 units Toledo is 4-1 against the over and Central Michigan is 4-3

Well we got off to a good start. Finished at +13 units on the lines posted but I actually won the cal vs Oregon game because the line actually went to Oregon being a favorite by the time I bet it. I will use the posted line though for record keeping here and count it as a push. 5 unit bets were 1-0, 4 unit bets were 1-0, 3 unit bets were 3-0, 2 unit bets were 1-3-1, and 1 unit bets were 3-4. Not a bad first week but that's all it is, one week. Gonna keep posting and see how it goes. Maybe the winning weeks will continue.

Pretty interesting strategy especially if you combine it with a little more capping.

Yea that's what I was thinking. This definitely isn't the complete puzzle but I think it's a good start and a key piece. If nothing else, it's good info to look at.

AUBURN -4 @ OLE MISS FOR 2 UNITS-Auburn is 6-1 ATS and Ole Miss is 3-4 However ole miss is 3-1 ATS at home and this is only Auburns 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] road game all season so I kept it at 2 units and even contemplated making it 1 unit.

EASTERN MICHIGAN -7 VS MIAMI OH FOR 1 UNIT-Eastern Michigan is 7-1 ats and Miami OH is 5-3. This was a borderline no play game but I put it at 1 unit

MIAMI OH/EASTERN MICHIGAN UNDER 50 FOR 1 UNIT-Eastern Mich is 3-5 against the over and Miami OH is 2-6 against the over so the play is under.

MIDDLE TENN ST -17 @ FIU FOR 1 UNIT-Middle Ten is 4-2 ats and FIU is 2-6

APPALACHIAN STATE -5 @ GA SOUTHERN FOR 1 UNIT-GA southern is 1-6 ats and app state is 4-3

GA STATE PK @ SOUTH ALABAMA FOR 2 UNITS-GA state is 5-2 ats and south alabama is 3-4. I like this play with ga states offense. Its hard for a small school to stop.

HAWAII/NEW MEXICO OVER 66 FOR 4 UNITS-NEW MEXICO IS 7-0 AGAINST THE OVER AND HAWAII IS 5-2. This would be my game of the week.

INDIANA/MARYLAND UNDER 52 FOR 3 UNITS-INDIANA IS 1-6 AGAINST THE OVER AND Maryland is 1-6. Strong under play here.

LOUISVILLE -31 @ VIRGINIA FOR 1 UNIT- Louisville is 6-1 ATS and Virginia is 4-3. Small play on Louisville. A lot of points to cover

MICHIGAN -23.5 @ MICHIGAN STATE FOR 1 UNIT-Michigan state is 1-6 ATS and Michigan is 4-3. If Harbaugh gets a chance to put the hammer down, he will

NEBRASKA/WISCONSIN UNDER 43 FOR 2 UNITS-Nebraska is 1-6 against the over and Wisconsin is 2-5. They set the total pretty low here though so Im only going 2 units

NC STATE -14.5 VS BOSTON COLLEGE FOR 2 UNITS-NC state is 5-2 ATS and BC is 2-4. We will see how NC State bounces back from their beating last week.

NORTH TX +3.5 @ UTSA FOR 3 UNITS-North Texas is 5-1-1 ATS and UTSA is 2-5.

PITTSBURGH/VA TECH OVER 57 FOR 1 UNIT Pittsburgh is 6-1 against the over and VA Tech is 3-3. The play is over but I don’t really like it. That seems like a lot of points.

TEMPLE -7 VS CINCINATTI FOR 4 UNITS-Temple is 7-1 ats and Cincinatti is 2-5. I likw this play a lot.

TEXAS TECH +9 @ TCU FOR 3 UNITS-Texas tech is 5-2 ATS and 4-1 ats on the road TCU is 1-6 ATS and 0-4 ATS at home.

WASHINGTON/UTAH OVER 52 FOR 1 UNIT- Washington is 6-1 against the over and Utah is 4-4

CENTRAL FLORIDA +9.5 @ HOUSTON FOR 2 UNITS-Central Florida is 5-2 ATS and Houston is 3-4. Not a strong play but I think Houston has quit and their coach is obviously moving on after this year. A lot of distractions for these players.

Not anywhere as good this week. Finished the week at -1 unit. Up 12 units on the year but definitely have to put some more work behind just the numbers.
