Good find Joe but why didn't the Republicans do something to stop this couple from getting these benefits since it happened on their watch? This scheme initiated in 2005 in Minnesota and Florida, both under Republican governorship at the time. I agree this is a problem but I'm just pointing out it happens no matter what party is in control.
