Just how long did you lurk before you actually started posting?

I lurked for about 6 months before I decided to register. I was going to register alot sooner but I kept backing out, I guess I just wanted to lurk some more til I felt I was ready to register. I know one thing for sure they defintely have some very SMART people on this Forum.

I made a post or 2, then lurked maybe 2 years before becoming active. I was involved at Wong's site then, they had a link to here. It may have been contests that got me active here or crap from posters there that helped me switch, or just a more active forum. I'm not sure which. I did read only for a good long time.
