Just heard it at lunch on Fox Sports Radio. WTF? I thought the gov't outlawed all gambling advertising? I just thought this was very strange, since I used to hear Randy White plug BOS about 3 times a day for many years. Then, all the commercials stopped. Has the gov't changed its stance now?

I doubt your government has changed its stance, but it would seem that the media have called their bluff.
The next step would be to bring charges for aiding and abetting. If that kills the ads then the AG can stay the charges and not have to worry about losing in the courts. Isn't that the way you operate down there?
