It says you can deposit directly on to it from WU or Moneygram

can you neteller onto it?? anyone know??

it is out of a bank in Oklahoma...national bank and trust company

and get this you can have you direct goverment payments go onto the card...to funny

It's just a payout solution for now, but in the near future you will be able to deposit as well.

If you guys remember back when SDB got shut down through an FBI STING, in part it was due to paying out from a BANK in the STATES....

Aren't most checks you recieve as payouts drawn on US banks?? Back when ESB ws a good book my checks were all drawn from a bank in NYC.

BTW, I just called Scotty from BetPanAm and here is what he had to say...

"The originating bank handling payouts to the stored value card is a foreign bank.

Therefore, the transaction is the same as sending a Cashier's check, or using Western Union and Neteller from Offshore to the US.

Inbound transactions to the stored value card will not be allowed until the processor has been moved to Panama.

Thanks for your understanding."
