Those are the odds of flopping one..........which are the same odds as being dealt one in the first five cards in videopoker.

Not sure in holdem or 7-card stud after all 7 cards are out.

In 5-card video poker(depending slightly on the game and strategy), hitting a Royal occurs roughly once in 43,000 hands.
