Did I mention I had to have a nieghbor come to my house and let the tech in? and that the tech complained the whole time he was there that he had to drive all the way from Lockport? ( found this out after I made the original post) The tech told my nieghbor that I should just return the TV? IS THAT THE FUCKING KICKER OR WHAT? no lie, the tech actually told my nieghbor I should just return the TV....GUESS WHAT? I TRIED THAT YOU FUCK...If I was there and this fuck would have been complaing to me and told me this I would be typing this from the holding center in downtown Buffalo

Harry, My neighbor said the same thing you said, they are stand up people they stand behind what they sell.. I won't be giving Rosas any more of my business.

Sorry about the misspelling of Rosas, I typed it how it sounds and was extremely pissed when I wrote that post.

patswin I thought about that option, but they won't even let you bring the TV back without corporate's ok. I was completely pissed when I brought the TV back and the manager told me he wouldn't even let me leave the TV there, even with a reciept.



Thanks again for the advice guy's... At this point my only option is to document the whole situation and if the TV breaks again I goto one of the news stations... Harry will know all to well that Rosas customer service is on Al Vaughter's speed dial.

With these off beat models. Just like in cars buy Toyota, in electroncs buy Soney as roach said. More $$ but worth it many times over. I drive an Avalon, 3 of my kids have Camry`s 2 ex girl friends have a Corolla & a Camry. I have 200K on mine Oil cange & tires and you can`t hear it run.Same with everyone I know. 3 Soneys 2 over 8 yrs old never a prob w/any of them. Fuck buying American, when it comes to my wallet.

that's total bs. the store should exchange it. they should get they're own refund and give you a credit. threaten to call the dept. of consumer affairs, the better business b, etc. consumers have rights, man. i'm not sure that the brand has much to do with it, as this can happen to anyone. aren't most flat screens made by 2 or 3 companies anyway?

LG is not a shit brand. Very highly regarded in the TV industry. Sometimes you just get a bad unit. I agree with your take on Toyota. Bought a 1996 Camry with 113,000 miles on it last year for 4k and it was the best 4k I ever spent.

Fuck LG, I've had my Quasar 27' console goin' on 26 years now...runs like a champ...only had to replace the picture tube a few times, but the rabbit ears are original...and it only weighs 725lbs.
