Thanks everyone for the kind words as it means a lot. This has been a rough time and I can’t go through it again...I’m still a bit groggy as I am going home so not sure my words are making sense.

Willie, what’s causing all my blockages is the lack of eating right and not taking care of myself like I will be doing now....thanks buddy

There are lots of ppl in their 30's who have to have this done, so don't let it weigh you.

I actually know a guy who was only 30-something & had a heart attack due to the same problem.

One of my best friends had a heart attack at 30 and had 2 stents put in. Didn't listen to doctor's advice, kept smoking and eating and boozing and doing blow. We buried him at 33.

Listen to the doctor Key.

I hear ya Harry, and i had my heart attack 13 years ago and did follow directions until about 4-5 years ago,but hit a big bout of depression and just was downhill from then, and this is where it has taken me,back to the operating table which was not a cool feeling.I lay there in my hospital bed this week, and just thinking about why did i let it go this far and now looking forward to getting back to basics to improve my life ahead, its not going to be easy at first, but its one step at a time and i'm taking that step starting next week by entering the Cardiac Rehab Program we have here for heart patients.

Well i know a few people wanted me to update them on how i am doing.I am in cardiac rehab right now and it is fun and i like being there, which is 3 days a week.I have lost 13 pounds to this point just by eating right and doing a little exercise.I was doing much more exercise at the gym,but i was not eating well at all,and eating at the wrong times.

So anyway i'm making progress and getting results i like seeing

That is Huge, best of luck, it truly is amazing if you eat right and exercise a little what it does for you, both your body and mind.

Keep up the great work my friend!

And Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

awesome, congrats. Can't change the past, live in the now. Ensure you have no sleep issues (sleep apnea). A polysomnogram is the definitive test. Apnea has a strong correlation with cardiovascular disease. Speak to your doc about it (just to be safe)

stay well
