I mean the one you actually wear playing black jack at the Golden Nugget and scaring away turists with. You can get the Nuggget to stamp it for you like a valet parking ticket to proove it is real. but the 1 good thing about having a name tag of sick gambler in the casino would be that i would probably get the royal treatment at any BJ table. Can you imagine how the pit bosses will react when they see a goof like me sit down and ask for change with a name tag that says, sick gambler on it. They will love me.
