I will try and read through the filings to see if anything stands out.
I deal with OTCBB's on a daily basis and there is a lot of shady stuff going on. Typically OTCBB and PINKS will jump a little before a big IR Campaign takes off. Sometimes the stocks go up 1000% within three months.
I know of two companies that are going to start a campaign in the next three months. I'll ask my attorney if I can say them. If I post a symbol just watch it for a few months.
The good deals are the ones that pay for a big campaign but are solid companies. There are a lot of bullsheeet companies doing big campaigns too. Big Bear Mining is the biggest scam on the market right now. They've spent close to $2M on their scam and they have no money, no business, no assets. It's really jacked up.

Mid August - Expect to get the 1st quarter results from the contract with the department of defense. This could lead to even more contracts.
Mid September - Expect to emerge from bankruptcy. Things are going as planned with this and it is looking good.

FDA Grants Orphan Drug Status for Personalized Cancer Vaccine, BiovaxID®, Targeting Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Biovest International, Inc. No Coach they aren't going to become worthless. Obviously I can't Guarantee that, but speaking with Doug who seems like a real good guy, that is not the plans at all.
The press release that came out was to explain that they have created another market for the second lymphoma indication: mantle cell lymphoma. The previous one was a non-hodgkins application. It gives them full marketing rights for 7 years once it is FDA Approved and in production.

This stock has gone under $1 recently and is back near $1.20. I'm just not sure what to make of it. I'm in for around $2500....and willing to take a loss....but I'm gonna ride it out for a while just to see what happens. I'm up almost $5000 this year (with what I've bought and sold) and that's a modest gain. I'd hate to lose half of it on this shaky stock though!
