I was selected as a juror in a Paternity case like 20 years ago. Some executive knocked some chick up at work, and already had 4 small kids with his wife. The chicks kid was already like 2 when it went to trial. It was almost at the beginning of DNA testing and the chick brought in a DNA Expert to prove it was his kid. He said he was home with his wife on Christmas Eve when he supposedly knocked her up. He even had his wife testify that he was home.
The DNA expert said it was a 99.9% chance it was his. So we go into deliberations and it is a Friday night and I have tickets to some fight at Foxwoods about 2 hours away. These fucking dope jurors I was with wanted to debate whether or not he was the father. I kept saying DNA and yet they weren't sure. I was starting to get pissed because I thought I would miss the fight. Finally the ones that were waffling had some sense to listen to the few of us who were telling them that DNA evidence was for real. Made it up to Foxwoods for the fight but never saw a round because I was already half cocked from the ride up and lost track of time at the blackjack table.

Many of you who think you know my opinions and such have no clear idea....Made it to last cut on a black man's murder trial but ended up on a child molestation charge.
Alot to tell. Just not in mood now. It was sad and I am not a hugger, but hugged victims family and no they were not white and not black either.

I want to be on jury.
Jury's are great but their should be intelligence test to pass or knowledge test before being allowed to be on jury to get, lets say....the umm "rift raft" out.
Too many stupid people are allowed to serve...For instance, strip club bouncer above witnessed double murder night before....but hey, he should be used to it. Just a sad world we live in.
