The overnight line will go up tomorrow. Trends for both these teams is OVER. Houston has the bats to score most if not all 10-runs needed vs. Claussen 8.53 ERA L3 starts, Clemens 5.95 ERA L3 starts. Perhaps Clemens age wearing on him towards end of season? No doubt he's still a good pitcher, but he will give up his 3-4 runs and Cincy offense is decent although the team can't win. Why? No starting pitching and no bullpen.

Taking OVER w/Cincy you're never out of it b/c you can always get 5 late runs vs. shoddy bullpen. Astros get at least 7 runs here and Cincy should get us the rest of the way if Astros don't do it themselves.

Also, day game in Houston with warmer weather and open roof the ball should be flying farther than usual. It is also supposed to rain tonight, clearing the air. Some don't look at weather except in exterme cases but there is value in consider weather, temperature, air resistance, etc. for that extra edge.

Home plate ump is Gerry Davis. Davis has 2nd highest BB/K ratio of any ump in baseball for last 8 seasons. Houston has scored 7 or more in 7 straight vs Reds.

Not really seeing this, guys...Clemens came close to pitching a no-run game against the Pirates and won't be left in through the 7th again. Acevedo had a nice game against Arizona.

"Over" and Clemens doesn't ring right to me. I did see the line creep to 10.5 and it's now settled at 10.

If I didn't know you were serious, I'd think you were joking. Arizona offense has made minor league pitchers look like Cy Young this year!

Although I much preferred Claussen and my 9.5 -110 line, Acevedo should get the job done for us. Acevedo pitching means it's going to be a busy bullpen day for the reds.

Houston gets 5-6 runs off Acevedo and a few more off the bullpen. Cincy should be able to get at least 3 (despite how bad this team is playing they do have a decent offense).

May be silly stat but, when Orlando Palmeiro is in the game, Houston has gone OVER 8-of-L9, 13-of-L15.

I got this parlayed with the st louis game being over 8.5. Every time I have watched wells pitch at home he has given up a ton of runs. That was my reasoning.

Am I safe??
