Judge dismisses Trump classified documents case - Washington Examiner

Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump, finding it was in violation of the appointments clause.

thanks to Thomas Massie who did what Trump attorneys couldn't do. He proved that Jack Smith was illegally acting as Special Council neither appointed by Biden nor confirmed by the Senate meaning this so called "Special Counsel" couldn't even exist. Garland argued he was allowed to create this on his own but Massey brought the receipts (aka Constitution and legal precedent) so the Judge today had no other option but to dismiss, citing Smith's make-believe appointment by AG Garland
