He did not blast him, just stating that high juice can hurt in the long run OR in one bad night!
Correct. Thanks for pointing that out. Wish JOH the best as he seems like a good guy. Just pointing out how hard it is to win over a long baseball season paying heavy juice. Comments like this guys or "Juice only hurts when you lose" make no sense. I've been around here around over 15 years. There was a poster and mod "BucsFan" who had a couple very good years in a row in MLB, and he never bet favs more than minus 140, and made a lot of plus money plays. He had a ton of followers based on his success, and then left for another site, who offered him a better deal. He then had a couple losing seasons in a row, proving only how hard it is to win.
I'm a very knowledgable sports fan, but don't post picks as I've never been able to win consistently with my own picks. Even a guy like Sherwood, who posts picks here occasionally, and has his own website is down 50 units in baseball this year. He gives detailed write-ups for his picks and is extremely well informed, but sports books wouldn't be in business if most people could win over time. I bet very small, and do it just as a fun, but generally money losing hobby. Had the D-backs last night and watched them lose on 5 straight two out walks in the bottom of the ninth. If I had big money on that game, I'd have lost my mind. Saw a story today that no team had lost a game like that in over 100 years.
