Most of that came from the bullpen. Scott Downs has an ERA under 2 in the bullpen, and he pitches more than 1 inning in relief often unlike Joba, so yes it is overrated.

I think the Yankees wanted time to warm their pitcher up. Funny how he got "injured" right after he got his fat ass roughed up.
