I dont normally post until friday but after looking at the lines, this week has potential to be huge.

CALIFORNIA -14 at Maryland

Get this line at 14. Maryland is one of the worst teams out there right now. Home field should do very little for them this week against a Cal team that doesn't struggle to score points. This is my first 4 unit bet of the year. (for reference sake, I normally stay around 1-2 units)

Im down here in Columbus so Columbia is too much of a trip for me this weekend. I DO however have tix to the UGA/AUB game and am looking forward to making an ass of myself in Jordan-Hare!! Hoping to get back to Athens for ASU. Think it will be tough getting tickets for the ASU game?? Was offered a pair for $200 but declined at that price. I MISS BEING A STUDENT...Lol.

I have access to plenty of tickets for the game out in Tempe. Im making an effort to attend every game this year. I will say that I never wager on UGA games

Lol...forgot the game was in Tempe! Now thats a hell of a trip for a road game!
I very, very rarely bet on UGA & of course, NEVER against em.

Going to take Rutgers -5.5 tonight.

I feel they should rebound well against a UNC team that is still a year or two away. They have no defense at all and RU should be able to run all night long.

Man, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Cal is going to rip Maryland!
Maryland losing to Middle Tennessee State last week, 24-14, should be enough said. However, as they are only averaging 14 points a game-and that’s what Cal. scores in a little over a quarter, the mismatch here becomes even MORE evident. This game is all about an impotent Terrapin team facing a team with a QB, Kevin Riley, who has supplanted two year starter, Nate Longshore, a budding RB star in Jahiv Best, a good defense that returns 8 starters and an experienced 0-line that protects Riley very well. Last week this defense held a decent WSU offense to just a field goal.

I bet this one at -15! GULP! I hope I don't get reamed by betting late and losing a point or JINX this play by being on it!

I would obviously feel more comfortable at -14, but I honestly dont see the game falling anywhere near the number

Should not have gone against Vegas last night. Teal is god awful. Wow.

Anyways, on to the weekend picks with a standing of 6-3 YTD

CAL -14 (took it early as posted above) 4 units

GT +7 (-120) over VT 1 unit

GT is going to be a team to respect if they can keep moving the ball and avoid Turnovers. They have a solid D and should beat VT SU.

USC -10 (-120) over OSU 1 unit

Wish I had taken this game much earlier. I am going to roll with vegas here again. This line is begging for OSU action and Im not biting.
