Despite the fact that I felt your words were uncalled for, we both agree that we should let bygones be bygones. I apologize for escalating the situation, and just want to show you that from our end that you are welcome to play in our contests in the future if you so choose. If not then we wish you the best of luck anyway. I certainly believe that contrary to your perception, that we are a quality shop that tries to do the right thing at all times. We pride ourselves on being liberal, and generous. If you don't like our shop, then I am sorry. Perhaps some time in the future you will feel differently.

Thanks for the rentry on your contests! Actually I'm being honest and I'm sure you would like my feed back! I've been playing offshore for 14 years now, played horses at alot of shops and when I played at Skybook my winnings weren't graded till the next day on a 8pm hit! Also on a 1pm hit it was graded a couple hours later! I'm sure you want an insight on operations! I truthfully wasn't bashing you, when I said bout ANY book who puts you on hold or repeately dissconnects you I would 86. You see when I posted and you said I was pretty pathetic, I took it to heart! I'm an honest guy and loyal to whoever I bet with! I'm going to give Skybook and Rio my action for football definitely! I take back whatever negative I said and I'm sure it was alot and I'm sorry! Thanks for your words. And I agree that the stuff you talked about in reference to Rio is unacceptable. Poor customer service or rude clerks are totally unacceptable and having contests is certainly not an excuse for poor service. I can assure you that I will not be around if our service is not on par with the best. I also assure you that I will do everything in my power to make sure that every clerk is polite, and every customer service rep is knowledgable. Sometime in the offshore industry you have bad eggs in an office from time to time. I know it is our job to rid ourselves of all the bad eggs in order to ensure top notch service. Sorry for some immature comments on my part. I have plenty to learn myself. When I was upset, BTW, I spoke to several of the mods trying to get them to dis you, and as a compliment to you, they all said that you are one of the best posters on the site. Keep up the good work. Also, it was pretty comical the way you and the Shrink went at it. You guys are both good sports. Sorry once again for the issues, and feel free to criticize in the future, as feedback is really the only way we can truly improve.

Rio/Schill, what you do for this forum from what I see NOBODY else has done,great job!! I post what I feel , no holding back! This forum is by far the best around! Hands Down!! As you can read from my posts I'm not a bonus whore, I'm not a greedy person, Yes there are posters here who hate me cause of a particular instance on a game LAST YEAR , I learned not to share certain things here! Cause there are people waiting to stomp on you if a person is wrong! Mr. Shrink is a cool guy, enjoyed going at it with him the last few days! Its great to see a HEAD PERSON act like that every now and then! It makes mec feel like hes one of the guys! The mods here are the BEST! If I ever had any question bout offshore or any other thing in general I wouldn't hesitate asking them their opinion! I'm glad you didn't get me dissed. I won't post any negative things bout you or your books anymore! I'm an ass for acting the way I did before! Hey every office has a bad apple or 2. I never criticized any of your front office personal!! I think they are good!
