Went 5-4 yesterday for +2.02 units. Bullpens seem be just killing everyone here lately. They got me yesterday with the Brewers and Padres. Grateful for the winning day nonetheless. First four plays were from last night, posted in yesterday's thread. Adding a few others. Unfortunately I don't have time for writeups.
Padres -120: Chris Young has been money this year. And he's flat out sick at home. In 5 starts in SD this season, Young is 2-1 with a 0.52 ERA, a 0.99 BAA, and a .164 BAA. In 5 home starts, he's amazingly only given up 2 ERs. Plus, he's had success in the past against Seattle. On the other side, we have King Felix, who has pitched like less than royalty this year. As nasty as his stuff is, he just hasn't really had it this year, and his injury may be lingering. But he's a public favorite, which is the only reason I can come up with for this line. Seattle has won the first two, but San Diego is too hot to continue losing. And they've been right there in both games, so I think they get over the top tomorrow. 1.8 units to win 1.5.
Phillies -133: 1.99 units to win 1.5 (added .5 units at -132).
Dodgers -108: 1.08 units to win 1.
Red Sox -110: 1.1 units to win 1.
I'm going to add the following:
Mets +107: 1 unit to win 1.07.
Pirates +240: 1 unit to win 2.4.
White Sox -131: 1.31 units to win 1.
Athletics +125: 1 unit to win 1.25.
