I generally use Matchbook for my plays, but also supplement it with VIP. VIP isn't really all that good, but occasionally I find a nice diamond in the rough over there. Plus, it's easy to get money on and off for the most part. If I could get my money on 5Dimes (and I just learned about the Western Union option but haven't had time), then I'll likely use that and MB exclusively, but until then I'll keep VIP around. Also adding 1 regular play and 2 small plays, which are admittedly borderline plays but still have enough value to warrant a play in my opinion.
Oakland +113: Chicago gets Thome back and is coming off a huge series with the Cubs. So I'll go against public thinking and wager that they're due for a letdown at home, where they have yet to impress me this year. Blanton has really been pitching well recently, and with Contreras's problems this year at home and in the past against Oakland, I think they win this one. 1 unit to win 1.13.
Arizona -166: There's only so many times this Rockies team can hit Webb as hard as they have. Rockies have not played well on the road and I think Webb finally shuts them down. 0.83 units to win 0.5.
Minnesota +118: I like Texas to have a letdown after their offensive explosion last night. They'll face Silva, who has been pretty consistent so far this year, and will send Padilla to the mound, who I like to fade, whether it be at home or on the road. Morneau has hit very well in Texas and should have a nice night against a pitcher who has been horrible against lefties his year. 0.5 units to win 0.59.

Red Sox are a good value play for the points you made. The thing you are betting against is that the Yanks need this game FAR MORE than the Sox. If the Spanks lose 2 of 3 in this series they will be in a huge hole. I wouldn't put much on this pick because anything can, & does, happen when these teams get together. If you're gonna be on a side then the dog side is the way to go. GL

Jibba, may want to look at thegreek. They only offer 20 cent lines on baseball, but that can be good if you're an underdog player, plus they pay very quickly. I'd be interested to know how you get you're money so quickly from VIP? as I've had a horrendous time getting paid quickly from them....I always get paid, but it can take two weeks, while thegreek pays in about 2 days

As for VIP, I guess I phrased it wrong. Getting money on was very easy, because they allow bank card deposits. Getting it off, the best way is the E-check, which is slow, but not painful.
So far on the night I'm 1-4 for -2.54 units if I include the Twins as a loss. But I'm currently winning Milwaukee and San Fran, and Arizona just tied it up. A sweep of those games would be great and let me get out of today treading water yet again. Really like the card for tomorrow though, so I'll be posting some early plays in a few. Hope everyone won some money tonight.
