They need an Offense Guru if Goff is to be salvaged. Josh McDaniel? Todd Haley? They have to be high up in the Rams search. I loved Haley in KC. Hard ass, but knows what he's doing and a great mind for offense. Tony Romo credits him with much of his development. Josh is a great mind, as long as he's not given total power like he was in Denver.

He is the highest paid coach in football this year, why would he take a pay cut to leave a place where he is god to go to one of the worst team in football. I get it, every time a football job comes open they are going to circulate Harbaugh's name but its getting laughable at this point. He isn't leaving Michigan
Harbaugh would be great but don't see him leaving Mich unless he beats OSU, makes the playoffs and is made the highest paid coach in NFL. Gruden would be awesome too but don't see him leaving his comfy TV gig unless Rams make him an offer he can't refuse.
